Key Solutions Group is based at 23 Titanium Drive, Paget (Mackay).  This facility is the headquarters for our operations servicing the Bowen Basin coal fields.  Complete with 40 tonne overhead crane capacity, welding, machining, milling and pressing equipment, our facility can cater to almost any manufacturing project.

 

Together with our alliance partners Key Solutions Group is able to provide refurbishment of mining and processing machinery and associated sub-components.  Our network of repair and overhaul providers include Australia’s leading independent manufacturers of mining machinery, and a range of specialist workshops for non-mining equipment.

 

Key Solutions Group includes an engineering office, focussed on design, upgrade and overhaul of mining machinery and mineral processing plants.  The team is led by professionally qualified engineers and project managers with experience in the underground and surface coal mining and processing industries, while the principals of the company have a background in operation, maintenance and supply of mining machinery.  Key Solutions Group has the capability to provide 3D CAD design using Inventor design software.  This is supported by Finite Element Analysis (FEA) as required for any project.  Analysis completed can be accompanied by a report and certificate to support the design.

 

Key Solutions Group is a professional engineering contractor specialising in project management of capital upgrade and equipment maintenance projects.  Services are generally provided to the Mining and Process industries either remotely or on site.

 

We work intimately with our clients offering professional project management services from planning and co-ordination through to the execution of works on site.  Drawings and project management plans are developed to ensure a smooth and incident free execution of the works.  Forming part of the project management plan is a job safety analysis (JSA), which underpins the approach to safety for each project undertaken.

 

Key Solutions Group can develop your scopes of work for equipment maintenance and overhauls, and specifications for upgrades of fixed plant and equipment.

 

Key Solutions Group personnel have experience in the field with underground and surface coal mining and processing industries.  The sugar industry may also be competently serviced with personnel having extensive experience in sugar milling and processing operations.
