We’re seeking a detail-driven Production Support Engineer to play a pivotal role in coordinating technical data, compiling quality documentation, and supporting the smooth delivery of workshop projects. Whether you’re a junior engineer eager to build workshop experience, or a skilled tradesperson ready to step into a technical support role, this position offers variety, challenge, and growth potential.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Liaising with workshop, engineering, and QA teams to gather scope and technical requirements.

• Coordinating technical data collection during strip and inspect projects.

• Preparing clear, accurate customer reports and method statements.

• Assembling QA-compliant job dossiers including photos, inspection records, and sign-offs.

• Supporting ISO 9001 standards and driving documentation improvements

• Providing flexible assistance to workshop and engineering teams as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong mechanical literacy and workshop operations knowledge.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings.

• Exceptional attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

• Effective communicator with both tradespeople and engineers.

• Exposure to ISO 9001 or similar quality frameworks (preferred).
